I'm writing in appreciation for the outstanding professional services provided by Bridget Kassen and her team. Their performance has been extraordinary. In fact, the time and effort that's been invested in this sale has inspired my letter of appreciation.

Here's what makes the difference. From day one, Bridget entered my home and inspired confidence in her abilities and knowledge. She gave me an asking price that frankly, exceeded my expectations. And we got it! How? Bridget advised me on every aspect of what to do and expect. I appreciated her candour and realistic guidance. Clearly, her team has indepth knowledge and experience when it comes to selling houses. I feel so fortunate to have her represent my interests.

The Kassen team works hard for a successful sale. Bridget brought in a talented stager/designer who several times came personally to my home to recommend what work and effort needed to be completed before the open house. By the way, this woman is an artist who also put in extra time on furniture placement, flowers (spectacular, by the way) and pillows before the house went up for sale. Bridget recommended young men who helped me with clean-up and painting. She came to my house for the floor re-finishing to ensure the right stain was chosen. She's also been extremely supportive ensuring that I'm working with the best possible people for every aspect of the sale. And, she always took my anxious calls and inspired a belief that she could attain what she promised at the beginning.

But there's more. It's been a difficult time for my family because of recent deaths of my mother and aunt. I happened to tell Bridget about my father's difficulties trying to sell his condo in Victoria. Bridget lined up one of the top Royal LePage agents in Victoria and it was sold in a week. Needless to say, my dad and I were thrilled. And guess what...she kept on top of the progress of that sale and kept me informed. I can't thank her enough for this. In fact, in my upcoming move to Victoria, I will also be using the team that she recommended.

These "extras" are what makes the Kassen team stand above other realtors. Simply saying thanks to her somehow seems inadequate. Hence, the impetus for this letter. It's my way of recognizing excellence that can be hard to find. Whenever I see the Royal LePage sign, I will remember my first encounter with your company. I want you to know that Bridget Kassen has inspired a deep brand loyalty. I was thrilled with the fast sale and close of our house.

I think the thing that impressed me the most was how well connected and respected you seem to be in the local real estate community. We had approximately 40 agents through our house within two days of the listing. Many of the agents commented that you have a reputation for having only high quality listings.

It was remarkable that the first person to view our house turned out to be our buyer. He knew that he should make a serious offer quickly because at least one other good offer was about to be made during the evening after the "for sale" sign went up.

I have told all my neighbours they should consider talking to you if they ever decide to sell.

It is not often that I send letters of this kind, but recent events have motivated me to write.

We listed our house October 14th, we required the sale to be finalized by November 1, with a closing no later that December 1. All these dates had to be met for our move to be possible. A very demanding timeline to say the least!

An Open Letter to Beach/Bluffs Homeowners Published in the Beach Metro Community Newspaper.

I used to think that all Real Estate agents were the same until I recently experienced "World Class Service" from Bridget and Michael Kassen. From our first meeting all their questions and concerns were directed at what "I" wanted to achieve and what "my" goals were. Over the weekend they organized carpet cleaning, housekeeping, handyman services, decorating improvements and respectfully dealt with the concerns of my tenant. The manner in which the actual sale was negotiated on my behalf was "brilliant".
